I believe that fitness is not just about lifting weights or running on a treadmill. It's about empowering individuals who want to move more and live life to the fullest.

I offer group exercise classes to teens and to over 55’s. The focus of these classes is functional movement, combined with strength, balance and coordination exercises.

Come and exercise with your friends, make new friends and have fun. The aim of these classes is to get you moving with a smile on your face.

I also offer individual and small group (1-4) personal training sessions.
